No payment is required to place an order if you have health insurance. 8 OTC tests per month are covered by your insurance. We will not ask for a payment method while checking out.

• Then, select the "subscribe" option and click the button that says "Sign Up"
  • The subscribe option will sign you up to receive 8 free COVID-19 OTC tests per month until the end of the public health emergency.
  • You also have the option to get the testing kits as a one-time order.
    
    
• On the next page, provide all of the required information and submit your order
  
  
• Updates on order status will be sent via email or phone number

Please ensure that all information is entered correctly and that a valid medical insurance card is attached. If the correct insurance information is not provided, your order will be canceled.
