Can I cancel my order?Updated 2 years ago

If you need to cancel your order, please reach out to our Customer Success team at [email protected] or via the live chat button with your order number, email, and name.

Cancellations for first orders must be requested before our customer service team has filed an insurance claim on your behalf with your insurance provider. All subsequent orders on subscription can be canceled 15 days prior to shipment of test kits.
